Los Baños Orchid Society 2007 Annual Show
The Los Baños Orchid Society held its 2007 Annual Garden Show at the Seniors' Social Garden of the University of the Philippines in Los Baños on April 12 to 22, 2007. This year's show focused on two popular cultivated species, namely crotons (Codiaeum variegatum, locally called San Francisco) and Ti plants (Cordyline terminalis). The opening ceremonies were held in the afternoon of April 12, with Dr. Luis Rey I. Velasco, Chancellor of UPLB, and his wife, Ma. Theresa H. Velasco, as guests of honor.
